Online Orders Return & Exchange Policy

Client satisfaction is our top priority.
Please note: all returned products must arrive back at an Avalon store within 14 days of the original delivery date, regardless of holidays or weekends.


Online Return Conditions

  • Fur coats: Not eligible for refunds. Store credit or exchange only.

  • Merchandise: Must be new, unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

    • Shoes must be in their boxes.

    • Jewelry must be in original bags.

  • Shipping charges: Non-refundable.

  • Late returns: Items received after 14 days will receive store credit only.

  • Online purchases: May be returned in person at either the Vail or Beaver Creek locations (with proof of purchase) within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refunds: Eligible returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.


Shipping Your Return

  • You are responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Returns/exchanges must be shipped via UPS or FedEx only (U.S. Mail is not accepted at our stores).

  • Once the returned item(s) are received, Avalon will ship exchanged item(s) via UPS Ground (5–7 business days).

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • Pricing: Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

  • Exclusions: Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases or combined with other offers.

  • High demand periods: We may be unable to fulfill every order. If so, you will be contacted within 24 hours.

  • Expedited shipping: Next-day and two-day orders must be placed by 11:00am MST.

  • All orders ship via UPS.


In-Store Return Policy

  • Same-Day Returns Only: Returns are accepted the same day of purchase (not within a 24-hour period).

  • Store Credit or Exchange: Accepted up to 10 days from purchase date.

  • Final Sale Items: Cash purchases, sale items, and fur outerwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Item Condition: All merchandise must be new, unworn, and have original tags attached.
