Shipping & Return Policy

Client satisfaction is our top priority. Avalon merchandise purchased online may be returned for full refund or exchange up to 14 days after the original day of delivery with the following conditions:

      • Sale items are not subject to return and are considered a final sale.
      • Refunds are not offered on fur coats, these pieces may be returned for store credit or exchange only
      • Returned merchandise must be new, unused, unaltered, and with all original tags attached in the original packaging (shoes in their boxes and jewelry in bags).
      • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
      • As a small business, Avalon regretfully cannot accept returns postmarked after the 14 day return period.

Online purchases may also be returned in person in either our Vail or Beaver Creek locations up to 14 days after the original date of delivery with proof of purchase.

You are responsible for any return shipping charges. We suggest you ship your package through an insured trackable carrier as Avalon cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Returns and exchanges must be shipped either UPS or FedEx to either location listed below.  We do not receive U.S. Mail at these locations.

If the purchase is being exchanged, Avalon will ship the exchanged item(s) standard 5-7 day UPS once the item(s) are received. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Prices are subject to change. Avalon reserves the right to change prices and promotions. Online offers or discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other discounts.

As a small business, we may not be able to fulfill every order during periods of high demand. If we are unable to complete your order we will contact you within 24 hours of your purchase.

All orders with next-day or two-day shipping must be placed by 11am MST.
