Founded in 1948 by Giuseppe Marenzi and his wife, Alessandra Diana, Italian outerwear label Herno takes its name from the nearby river Erno. First established as a raincoat manufacturer, the brand has expanded to include cashmere coats and quilted jackets for women and men. Today, under the leadership of Giuseppe’s son, Claudio, the company is known for its understated color palette, fine tailoring, and minimally embellished designs.
